1. Digital Product Policy
Kyunki hamara product ek instantly-downloadable digital ebook hai (koi physical goods nahi), isliye ek baar successful download ho jaane ke baad, standard "change of mind" refund applicable nahi hota — jaise ki most digital-goods sellers ke liye industry-standard practice hai.
2. Refund Kab Milega
Hum neeche diye gaye cases mein poora refund ya replacement denge:
- Payment successful hua lekin download link generate nahi hua ya expire ho gaya.
- Ebook file corrupt hai ya open nahi ho rahi (aur hum ise fix/replace nahi kar paate).
- Aapse galti se duplicate charge ho gaya (same plan do baar charge hua).

3. Refund Request Ka Process

- Agar refund approve hota hai, to raashi 5-7 business days mein aapke original payment method mein Cashfree ke through wapas credit ho jaayegi.
4. Cancellation
Kyunki delivery instant hai, order place hone ke turant baad cancellation possible nahi hai. Agar aapne galti se galat plan select kar liya hai, turant humse contact karein — download hone se pehle hum order cancel/adjust karne ki koshish karenge.
5. Plan Upgrade
Agar aap ek lower plan se higher plan mein upgrade karna chahte hain, refund lene ki jagah aap sirf price difference pay karke upgrade kar sakte hain — Contact Us se sampark karein.
